After totally botching a very expensive furnace installation in my home, getting this company to come to my home shortly after they cashed my check to fix their installation was nearly impossible. After numerous phone calls to them, their serviceman finally came to my home, but failed to find the source of the problem.instead he tried to sell me a completely unnecessary furnace "enhancement".
Staley Heating was very defensive about their installation, and their owner Steve Staley was impossible to reach, deliberately avoiding my phone calls, filtering them to their slick estimator who was even more defensive about thier installation.
I needed to call a different (competant) company to my home to find the problem with their installation. After the problem was finally found, I had to threaten Staley Heating with a Better Business Bureau complaint in order to get them to fix the (now emergency) problem.
Two months had passed since their original, negligent installation, and Staley finally fixed the source of the problem, behaving as if they were doing me an enormous favor, rather than simply behaving accountably for their negligent installation.
I still have a lingering, non-emergency problem, and have been ignored (again) by this incompetent company for two weeks now, after leaving numerous phone messages to them through their manager, and voice mail. I am considering legal action.
Surprisingly, this company has supposedly been in business for a fairly long time, but they are negligent, incompetent, mismanaged, unethical, and corrupt. If you live in the Denver area and have heating or air conditioning needs, it is my opinion that you should avoid hiring this company for anything whatsoever.
