I ordered the lazer storm the last week in september. After one week I noticed they took double out of our checking account. I called them the next day, this is the only time I ever reached a person, and she said they would be sending me a refund check for $154.80 in about two weeks.
Two weeks later I e-mailed them after I spent 2 hours on hold waiting to speak to a customer service rep. They e-mailed me back and said someone would contact me within 24 hours, it never happened.
Since then I e-mail and call several times a week with no response. I have contacted all my local news channels, and will contact anyone else I Can to help to prevent this from happening to anyone else. To me this is just like stealing.
My last e-mail sent today requested a full refund for the overcharge and the vacuum.
