My wife and I ordered their vacuum from an infomercial on TV. We called their 800 number and placed the order about $160. We received our bill today and saw a charge for $353.70 from them. I called the 800 number listed and was put on hold for 45 min and then was hung up on. I called back 2 more times with the same result. I then looked on line and saw these reports. I called my credit card company and talked to them. This is what they did for me after seeing these reports themselves. They listed the charge as fraudulent and closed the account. They plan to pursue them themselves. They are a bigger company and have more and better lawyers.
