On March 7 I paid $995.00 USD for ResortToUs to market our timeshare. Their written guarantee states: We guarantee that if your timeshare does not sell/rent within one (1) year from the date of the received signed contract, Resort to Us will give you a 100% refund upon request, provided you return a copy of the original signed contract by registered mail.
Last spoke with them in August and their update report to me was that they were awaiting for two additional properties to sell as group to client and that the deal would be finalized in September. I now find out their phones have been disconnected and their offices are closed and they have apparently absconded with all the funds from their "clients" leaving them with worthless guarantees.
These people are apparently nothing less than low class thieves. If anyone gets contacted by a Rob Murray, Brentt Ehrenhardt or someone purportedly representing a Gweneth Cheltenham, they should contact the police in the area where these people are attempting to do business and tell them these people have committed Telephone and mail fraud and need to be arrested.
DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, PAY THESE PEOPLE MONEY. If you have money to throw away, give it to the Red Cross. I wish I had.
