This company, according to the local Better Business Bureau, falsely claimed to be a member. On August 18 the BBB discovered their premises were empty and phones not answered.
The president is Gweneth Cheltenham. The person who contacted us and cashed the US$1000 fee is Kelly Matthews, Marketing Director. The last contact was with 'Kim' who assured us the sale of our timeshare week would be ready to go in mid September.
Their website is still active. They list over 3000 units for sale at prices well above the market, claiming that corporations want them for use by their employees and as a tax deduction.
If all those owners paid what we did, Gweneth and her colleagues must have collected around 3 million dollars. If a class action is contemplated, count me in.
