On June I signed a contract with Resort To Us, who also used the name Your Exchange Company. I spoke with the representative Theodore Smith at 1-800-463-0098 ext. 108. The company agreed to sell my time share within 90 days.
I had to pay a one time fee of $995.00, which was guaranteed to be refunded to me if my time share did not sell within 1 year. However, Theodore assured me that the turn around time for sales was 90 days.
A contract was sent to me. I received a letter from the president of the company - Gweneth Cheltenham confirming that if my time share was not sold within 1 year from the date of my contract that Resort To Us would refund 100% of my money. I was to sign the contract and return it to the company. My bank account was drafted for the one time fee.
I contacted the company October to check about the status of my account to my surprise thetelephone numbers had been disconnected, and I later found out that the company had been resolved on 9/23.
