Husband bought a Keg Cooler at Home Depot 4-05. Got it home and the thermostat was not working. Called Home Depot, they passed the buck to Danby. Called Danby, after 5 phone calls, and 3 months we finally get the part. It is the wrong part. Call Danby back and they insist that it is the correct part even though there is a difference is length and width of the part that does not fit the cooler. Their response "you should deal with the cooler the way it is". Our response "NO WAY". We did not shell out 450.00 to buy damaged good. Furthermore, trying to get anyone on the phone at Danby is impossible. Waited on hold for hours (with no 800 number). Do yourself a favor, if you want a keg cooler, stay away from Danby. They are HORRIBLE.
