Ordered the vacuum on 6/14/05 and was charged for it on 6/15/05 but still 9/23/05 have not recieved it. I was able to reach someone on the phone on 8/8/05 (after calling once and e-mailing with no response) and was told I would have my vacuum in 2 week because they just moved to a new warehouse.
I have emailed 6 times since then and called 3 times since then with almost no contact. One e-mail response told me to call the 800 number. I held once on the 800 number for more than 2 hours and the call was just gone and the same thing happened after holding for 1 & 1/2 hours.
