I ordered a vacuum from Oreck (my second) in late November. 04. When I did receive it by January, I was told it was sent to my OLD address by mistake. They sent me a new one, assuring me I was not responsible for the other. Well, 3 demand letter, 1 collection notice later, all of which I responded to by phone calls and 2 letters proving I paid for the one vacuum I have and do not owe for the one sent to the wrong place. They put a charge through to my credit card a second time without my authorization! The credit card company is disputing it, but I feel Oreck is causing undue stress and comitting fraud.
