My girlfriend called this nationwide "emergency loocksmith service" to get her lock changed. They charged $500! I called a couple hours later without revealing who I was asking them how much it is to change a lock. They said $90. Once I told them what happened they say they can't help me and they will have there boss call me back. He has not. Now that I've called about 25 times, they recognize my voice and hang up immediately.
