It took me 2 weeks after getting an estimate of repeated calling to get them to order the necessary part. I put my money down on the part and they said it would take 10 days. After 14 days and no word i called them.
They said that they had the part and were really busy and would fix it in a few days. 5 days later I called them and the guy, Dan, who was supposed to fix the part said he was gone for the week even though he had said he would fix it in a few days. He said he would fix it the following Monday.
So that following tuesday, 25 days after ordering the part and 1.5 months after the initial estimate I called and they said they would be at my house in a half hour. So i left work and they never showed. I called them every hour for 3 hours and they said they were on their way. 4 hours later my boss went down to the store waited for the owner and a half hour later the owner walked in and handed her my money back and never apologized even... I still dont have the problem fixed.
I was discriminated against because of my age and sex and was treated like dirt!
Dan however, was aplogetic... What I dont understand though is that if he couldnt fix it and had to have the owner do it, which he claimed was the case, then why did I have to wait the whole time for Dan to get to it?
I just want it fixed.
