Part of July 4 Mor furniture promotion was 'no sales tax' will be paid by consumer. Misleading, what MOR did was create a coupon amount then charge a sales tax after coupon amount was deducted. Jerry and another salesman assured that no sales was tax was included in the amount. The invoice amount provided at time of delivery shows a different amount than the invoice I sign at place of purchase.
On 7/7/05 I spoke with the general manager Monty concerning the over charge and Monty decided he would credit my account $199.99 but would take 3-5 business days to complete credit.
As of 7/14/05 and three attempts to contact Monty no credit has been given.
Mor needs to improve their customer expectation and explain what their promotions really are.
