This is regarding Nevada's top 10 most wanted for contractor fraud, pictured on their website. I knew about the warrant issued in Nevada on 11-19-04 and found him here in Calif. On 3-12-05 and had him arrested on that warrant and also local warrants...
He unfortunately bailed on 3-21-05 and was set to appear in court, today, 3-28-05 but he failed to appear, surprise and another warrant for his arrest has been issued today!!! This is a con man who has been operating as a contractor, using the licensure of those he has worked for and then contracts for pool jobs from unknowing individuals..
He asks for money down and then skips out on the job... I know of at least 10 people in my area he has victimized...
I have been chasing him for 20 years and have the documentaion to prove it... He needs to be stopped and brought to justiceand this time I finally had the attention of the local police and the detectives in Nevada, thus his arrest, but again he got away! Any attention to the activities of this guy would be greatly appreciated. And again I have the documentation to back up my statements...
