My husband ordered a Viking fiberglass pool from Stoker pools of Palm Desert in 2009. Jason Stoker was paid to deliver and install the pool. We were disappointed that after he set the pool and the finished concrete deck was completed, the pool floor at the deep end began to bubble up. This caused a small hump that was noticeable when stepped on. Stoker Pools refused to fix the problem and after two years and not addressing the issue it led to the floor area near the hump cracking. The crack put so much pressure on the fiberglass that it caused it to rip and water to drain out of the pool.
We asked Jason Stoker to address the issue and the results were he blamed it on bad plumbing (which he inspected before install) and that it was Viking Pools manufacturing problem. He directed us to call the factory and tell them of the problem. The representative showed up over a month after we told them about the problem.
