High And Low Electrical Contractors
Ripoff through shoddy, sloppy, unprofessional work and breakage of items

I have hired electrical contractors for 35 years. High and Low is the worst I've ever experienced.

They do NOT ask questions about what the customer wants. They sent a variety of installers over the months of the project instead of providing any consistency. Each installer had to re-learn the project. Subsequent installers complained about the work of earlier ones.

Their installation people broke two lighting fixtures, incorrectly installed 4 ceiling fans, installed circuit breaker boxes in wrong locations, ran lighting and outlet circuits to breakers in illogical and random runs, did not mark circuit breaker panels in legible fashion (we have to test and relable all breakers) and were generally not professional or competent.

We had to solve these problems with another contractor. We are posting this to get this matter on the record so that any future inquirer will not blindly retain High and Low without knowing what they are getting.

High and Low is one of those construction sub-contactors that is so busy they do not care about doing proper work or satisfying customers.
