Numerous contacts to contractor regarding continuing start dates. One excuse after another. April contractor stated materials to be delivered and work to be started. Never delivered any materials.
Contractor called and promised to refund 1/2 of deposit paid to date ($17,000) within 30 days. No payment ever received.
Judgement filed against contractor with attorney. Court ruled in favor of refund of full amount of deposit ($17,000). Contractor has skipped from area. Presently trying to get skip trace to locate and sieze assets.
