Regrettably there are many of you out there who have had to suffer the lies and deception of Fred Resnick. I am one of you.
I feel somewhat fortunate that I live 4 miles from Fred's residence, a palacial 7 bedroom estate with a three car garage. I was able to stalk him into mostly finishing my project but it came at a considerable mental health toll and tested my marriage. I became Fred's nemesis by calling his son's cell phone, his wife at home and on cell phone, going to his house and his business almost daily and screaming at him on the phone almost daily. The first thing I would do when meeting a new sub contractor was to get their cell phone numbers and hound them accordingly. Fred's lies piled up like the debris in our yard.
The stories I am reading here tonight are all true. I have heard all of the same lies from Fred about his mother dying, his son's asthma and his wife's mastectomy. He is a putrid and vile human being for lying about his own loved ones (hint: if he does this, he is capable of doing anything).
My project is still not done, but closer then many of the others. Don't beat yourselves up over hiring him. None of us could have known how he would deteriorate over 3004.
Fred is getting his just desserts. He will now lose his house and all of his import automobiles. His sons will not be able to go to a $4,000 summer camp next year at our expense.in fact, Fred has hurt his family irreparably as they are now humiliated within their community while Fred's frauds are revealed and we are united in the common purpose of seeing justice done.
I pray with every storm that my addition stays standing and that the foundation that was repoured 3 times doesn't leak or crumble to the ground. I know volumes about this man and every aspect of how money changed hands with the contractors. I even know of Fred's original market niche and how it disappered. I would be happy to speak with any of you, knowing that it will be little consolation.
