On March 8 a real estate transaction was conducted involving North American Housing Corp., L & L Homes and a
Realtor whom I purchased land from.
North American Housing is a modular home construction company.
They received a deposit of $7470 from my lender to construct
my home. L & L Homes was responsible for prepping the lot, and
setting the home. Some final preperations had to be made by
L & L before NAH would be informed to begin construction.
On March 15 I was informed by L & L that the model
I selected would not fit the lot.in months to follow we reviewed
other plans from NAH catlog but non were condusive to my lot.
On June 25 I informed NAH that a custom built home is more
practical for the lot and would they refund the $7470 to my lender.
Although constuction was ever started and NAH hadn't incur
any expenses, they refused to refund the deposit.
