Carpet Trend
Jim upchurch d/b/a carper trend, ripped me off!

On 11/03/00 i met with with carpet trend salesman to get carpet in my house

At that time i signed a contract and gave the salesman a deposit of $1,400.00 to install the carpet

But minutes after the salesman left i called him back to cancel the order

The salesman told me that he would tear up my check and paperworkso i took him at his word

I spoke iwth the owner of the company (jim upchurch) and explained to him what had happended

Mr upchurch refuse to refund my monet and to this date i still don't have my money.

I have filed with small claims court, bbb, and even trying to get on texas justice to get mt money back from this creep.

I have plenty of documents on this problem with carpet trend if needed.
