S. Florida housing corp & HUD housing a fraud

I am a recent homeowner. I bought my house Dec of 1999.3-4 months after I bought the home I have had 3 different occasions where I had to replace the sewer lines. I am now facing MAJOR repairs because the previous owner knew of these problems and never divulged information regarding this problem prior to our closing and purchase of my home.

The S. Florida Housing Corp. Has a contract with HUD homes, which my house was a HUD home. Stephen H. Kipple Sr. Is the Pres. Of the corporation who sold me the house.

What are my rights?
