Courtesy Kia of Alliance has befrauded over 100 individuals. I purchased a van from them 8/29/08 and have yet to recieve a title. I ran the title online, it still belongs to Akron Auto Auction.
The attorney general has 174 complaints to date on them and our investigation has finally been opened. The Cleveland news has also contacted me via the BBB regarding this, and have stated they will be at the Alliance prosecutor's office on tuesday feb 10th in the afternoon to discuss with them.
Official criminal charges were filed by Alliance Municipal on 2/4/09.
It is atrocious the amount of lies that I was told by this dealership, and how many employees have vanished since august. Akron auto auction was the only one who were honest with me when I called them, stating they weren't paid for the vehicle. I feel sorry for the people whose trades weren't paid off AND they still do not have a title.
It didnt take them long to sell our trade. I feel that I am going to be out the amount i've paid on the financing, the down payment, and the trade value of the truck we traded.
