Contract started in 2009. Attempted to use the service several times! Not able to contact on MANY occassions. Voicemail transfer on several incidents. Needed service on two weekends traveling out of state and they were closed! Other times Waited on the phone for someone to answer—was hour or more-then get a answering machine. I decided since I can't get service I ask to terminate my contract for a refund! Company adviser told me today-07/10 I will have to file for refund and I will not know what I will receive back prorated until after contract termination-refund is filed.
If anyone reads this please don't purchase a Auto warranty from this company! Or any company! But if you have to purchase a contract (Auto Warranty) try DIRECTBUYWARRANTY.com. Aa auto protection is a scam indirectly and directly!
