I have a Master Service Plan for my stackable unit. I had an appointment scheduled on Nov 22 (two weeks after you had repaired the same appliance) and because the phone wasn't answered you cancelled the appointment! Sometimes people need to use the bathroom, you know. Then as I call to try and get this fixed your "customer service" hangs up on me or transfers me to endless ringing or this really dumb music. I am OWED a working appliance!
