I purchased a refrigerator from hhgreg on 6/29/08 along with a 5 year extended warranty. During the 5 years period the ice dispenser required to be repaired. Not that I am out of warranty the ice dispenser is broken again and hh greg along with Kitchenaid told me that it was my responsibility to have it repaired. If another part was broken I would intend to agree with that but since it is the same part I feel that it should be covered.
