I ordered a sofa from the Furniture Outlet in Burlington N.J. After a week I noticed seams that were not sewn correctly, long strings of thread hanging from sofa, sofa material balling up then unraveling leaving strings in many area on sofa. I explained the problem to the owner. Told him he could not come see sofa on 9/17 as I had a heart test scheduled. I am disabled. When I got home I called him to ask what time he was coming he told me to call Tuesday morning. I left several messages. When I did get to speak to someone, it was the delivery man, he told me he could not come till he was done delivering a large order in lumberton. Riverside is about 20 min. From Lumberton. He told me it could be any time in the afternoon or early evening. This is a Ashley sofa. Called Ashley and was told that it was the store who was responsible for the sofa. TThe delivery man told me I was giveing him a hard time. Then told me Ashley makes 1 trip a week and the truck just left. If it had to be returned it might be at least a week. I said this would cause more damage. Taking a picture is not accurate. I kept the sofa do to chest pain. Not worth risking my health. Bad ethics
