I went in today to buy a printer, I explained to the sales associate what I needed... Brought the printer home, only to find that it has the option to connect wireless or via USB cable... Would've been nice to know, for those of us who do not have wireless connections. I believe this information should've been disclosed by the sales associate, now I have to go back to the store tomorrow and purchase a USB cable. I understand that to Best Buy employees, this must be common knowledge, but not all people are computer savvy.
