Westinghouse HD 40" TV - no visual!

I am very upset with my recent purchase at Best Buy! We ordered a Westinghouse 40" HD TV from Best Buy and it was shipped to our house around May 12. We started having issues with the video not showing around May 30. I called Westinghouse on June 3 first. Three separate times I called and hit the number for customer service and three times I was disconnected! I then called Best Buy. They said that since it was over 15 days and since they don't stock 40" TV's, I had to deal with Westinghouse. Great... So I asked for a different phone number. I tried that number, but that service center was closed for the day.
I will no longer purchase any electronics, and most likely anything else from Best Buy ever again! Very dissapointed!!!
