I purchased a LD-3280 32" TV in December.in just over a year, the TV stopped working properly. I have been trying to contact Westinghouse since the beginning of January. I literally have made 8 attempts to contact the company to no avail. Everytime I call, I get routed to a "call center". I've left numerous messages and completed the on-line form twice. The on-line form claims that a representative will respond within 2 business days. That never happened! I'm beginning to wonder whether I will ever get this matter resolved. Yes, I agree with the other post. I will NEVER purchase another Westinghouse product because of this.
