A-1 sunrise construction, propietor Mike Kay, was hired in July to complete a job that was estimated to take 2-3 months to complete. Deposits were given in accordance with the contract and work was completed with inept and unskilled workers.
On several occasions work that had been previously completed needed to be torn out and redone a second and sometimes a third time to meet New York State building code standards.
5 months and $27,000 later we have had to hire a new contractor to come in and finish the house. We have had to pay an extra $15,000 out of pocket to correct his mistakes.
