One Oct. 14 went into a contract with the company to do construction work on a recent purchased house. Work was to be completed by January. Work was not done and to this date we have paid $15,000.00 for work that has not been done. We tried to get the company several times to finish project with no results. We have lost monies on the house sitting so we had to hire another contractor to do the work. We are now in the process of filing suit against the company as well as Phil Cox personally.
