Jerry Pyle began our pool in June. As of this date, the construction project is incomplete. Jerry has deceived and mislead us for over 8 months. The pool is still not complete. Our backyard is still muddy because there is so much trash and unfinish work, I can't put sod down.
We signed a contract in May, Jerry Pyle gave us a completion time of 6 to 8 weeks. "At the most, " he said, "12 weeks." OVER 8 MONTHS have passed since he began this "12-week" project.
Jerry admitted to us that he took the money to apply towards other construction jobs. He stated he didn't have our money we paid him to complete our pool.
He is deceitful and lied to us. Be careful!!!
