My Kenmore Elite Range has been out for a month. Your repair team seems to have no clue how to find the problem. First visit result was wrong part identified. That wasted three weeks. Second visit had the right damaged part but not the reason the board was blown out. Third visit replaced the bad board which promptly blew out again because the problem had never been id'd. The best they can do is recommend a raft of new parts that cost over a thousand dollars and they still haven't found the problem. Their solution is give up on a two year old "Kenmore Elite" range. I guess "Kenmore Elite" just means the expensive units you don't have a clue how to repair.
