Bought a $2000 Samsung refrigerator from PC Richards and within 6 weeks water was staining the refrigerator. Their answer was, it is cosmetic so there is nothing we can do. I said I have three other stainless appliances, unfortunately also bought at PC Richards, and none of them have stained. No response. They suggested the normal stuff; use Stainless Steel Cleaner [DUH] but the cleaners did nothing. Samsung, get this, said try WD-40. OK I did, nothing. My advice is stay away from Samsung appliances and PC Richards.
