How can a company of this size allow one person (stephanie) make 99% of all hirings and firings without her having much knowledge of the indiviual departments needs. I have known many employees that were loved by their dept. Managers and also well respected by their fellow associates because of their great work ethics., yet they were fired by stephanie usually because she felt that she was rubbed the wrong way by the employee. I personally feel that she is doing a great diservice to your company, its employees and most importantly to your customers because of her personal feelings. Though i know that companies need to do whatever it takes to protect its integrity i feel that its time for the department and store management team to step up and put stepanie in her rightful place to better serve your store and its customers before you lose customers for the lack of proper service and also to help the company prevent possible lawsuits against it for wrongful and unjust termination of its employees!!!
