This is an employee of the video computer store. All of these stories are indeed true. This store has great computer offers and the systems are good, that is if you you are one of the lucky ones who actually get them. The store will take your order, take your money within days. Then you have to wait weeks, months before you get a full system. Most of the time the systems dont even work properly. There is a lot f fine print you have to read into. One day you will hear one thing the next you hear something different. We as employees do feel for the customers but there is nothing we can do. We are only to forward the information that our superiors tell us to.in this company there are a lot of secrets and most of the time we employee's dont even know what is going on in the company! I feel as though if each and every customer gets on this internet, on their local t. V channels and spread the word about this crooked company we can all bring it down. I personally do not think its right that this company has gotten away with so much, not only with customers but with employees and ex-employees. Dont hush about this company any longer let everybody know what vcs is all about!
