I called sears to have 2 appliances repaired.initially I was supposed to have one technician come to the house. I was talked into getting a one year service plan on one of the appliances. At this point I had to have 2 different technicians come out. I made it perfectly clear that I needed them both to come by the house during the same time frame. I was told this would happen. My window was 1-5 P.M. At 5:15 I called Sears to find out why one of the technicians hand not come by. I was told that he should be to my house around 6:30. I told them this was unacceptable. I asked to speak to someone higher up in the customer service department. I was put on hold. I finally hung up. The technician then called at 5:30 to tell me he could not make it by. Would I like to reschedule. I said yes but I needed the first repair time in the morning. He said he would call his scheduler and they would call me to set up a new appointment. As of the next day at 1:30 P.M. I haven't heard from anyone. To sum up I had an appointment yesterday that they didn't make, and didn't tell me they were n't going to make until they already missed it. Then I was told I would get a call to reschedule. That hasn't happened.
