I had a problem with the serivce. I gave the company 30 days to assist me. I was ignored on all levels. It took 11 days to even get a responce from their corporate office and the responce was that they couldn't help me because of the individual owners are not held accountable. I wash my hands of the whole company. I suggest you go as well.
