Beware of this company. I had an attic fire and called them to take care of the aftermath. Well let's begin with I trusted them. I am a career firefighter in my local city and know a bit about fire. First thing they did was crumple a glued 2500 piece puzzle up that I put together as a child and put it in a box. This is kinda minor but sentimental it was not affected by the fire. Next thing I had a huge dumpster at my home for restoration disposal. One day I went to check progress and noticed a large amount of black trash bags had been thrown into the dumpster. So out of curiosity I jumped in the dumpster to see what the bags contained. Servpro had gathered everything in my kitchen I.E. Kitchen utensils, glass plates, glasses, all dishes, knife sets u name it bagged it up and threw it away. Oh there's more. They gathered all of the items in my wife's china hutch I.E. Antique plates passed down through generations of family, all of our wedding dishes and Our wedding wine goblets. They put all the items from the hutch in a bag and threw it in the dumpster causing it all to break. There were also many other items thrown away as well. I had bought some rather expensive saw blades for one of my saws around $100.00 worth. I found the packages but the blades were gone. Here is the most bothersome thing. They used trash bags for their urine and feces and through them in the dumpster. I opened one of the bags in the dumpster and got it on my hands. What a disgrace!!! To top that off I had a portable toilet delivered to my home for the contractors and servpro to use and told them they were welcome to make use of it!!! I cannot believe how these people are conducting their business. I'm going to get all of my belongings and do something different.
