Did not honor refund

I registered on boxedart.com but discovered I didnot require their themes plus they didnot possess the theme I had been searching for combined with the userid they offered me was never ENERGETIC. I released a a reimbursement plus they DIDN'T RECOGNIZE IT though it was withing twenty four hours of buying. They're extremely unprofessional in handling this
