Abusive subscription renewal

I took out a 3 month old subscription which was to finish on February 24th.

February 18th, I go on their site to ask for my withdrawal of subscription, and there surprised, no page proposes the option of withdrawal of subscription to me.
I them sending e-mail to ask them the procedure to be followed. Their hot-line service functions by obtaining ticket and they say to me that I would have an answer under 48 hours. February 23rd I connect myself on their site and I see that my subscription is suspended (pending).

February 25th I receive finally the answer, that is to say 7 days after which say to me that I must go on the site of Paypal to stop subscribing me!

I go on the site Paypal and I realize in fact that the taking away of the 49.99 dollars is already made. The first answer of Boxedart is that I did not have that to read the conditions of sale They is absolutely scandalous
Somebody does it have T have the same problem? What do I have to make? Excuse my English it is word for word translation.
