Customer Service says a Magic Jack user cannot call into a conference call bing handled by a non-Magic Jack conference calling service. When I call the conference call number, Magic Jack's conference calling service answers, not the service handling the call.
Many small businesses rely on conference calls and this is a main reason for having Magic Jack. Not being able to call into a conference call renders Magic Jack nearly useless for me.
Also, Customer Service cannot tell me when this service might be fixed, and no notification is planned..."keep checking our website" was my advice. It doesn't sound like this has much priority.
