I have Overland storage products and I have not had good experience with the support of my products. They are either overwhelmed or just don't care. The response time averages 48 hours. Sometimes you never receive a response. This is not good especially when you actually PAY for support. I find myself following up constantly. Recently, I called an after hour technician concerning a downed system. The tech stated that he would call me back in 30 minutes. Never received a call back. Really unprofessional. I did have a great guy contact me the following day (Dan) and assisted me with setting up a new device. Due to the Support and service from this company I would not recommend them unless service response improves.
