Last month starting on the 12th of January, I lost my service from you company... It took until Jan 26 for someone to come out and work on it... After many, many, many aggravating calls to your tech support which is a joke and through your Call Center which is a bigger joke. The repairman was very nice when he was finally sent out and got me connected to the Internet within an hour or so... But ever since, the service is very intermittent, on and off, very unstable and speeds that are all over the place, mostly down.
At this time I am on hold again, 2 days ago I called, after 20 minutes, I opted for the auto call back in which I was supposed to receive a call back in the order in which my call was received, that was 2 days ago and no return call as of this email... Your Call Center support sucks... Your tech support once you get them on line sucks, your supervisors, if available, do not return calls as promised, your company response at the above email addresses fail to follow
up on previous customer complaints as evident that not one person from the above email addresses followed up on my last service complaint in January...
Some one needs to clean this screwed up company up and take care of the customer for a change. If anyone gives a damn in SKYBeam about this give me a call - Not holding my breath. 6:50 PM - Been on hold now for 28 minutes -No response except the recording so far, On hold for over 46 minutes when your phone service disconnected the call, requiring me to start over on trying to get tech support. But your hold time did give me time to file a complaint with the
Better Business Bureau and start several reviews on the web... I will not rest until your company does what I am paying them for... Good uninterrupted Internet service for the price I am paying is all I am asking - that includes quick and
qualified tech support when your systems fail.
