I called HP customer support re: my pc that had problems. They tried to get to the heart of the problem, were not able to resolve the issues, and I have been chgd. $99 for that one call. I called HP on 7/8 to get the $99 reversed from my credit card. The person who spoke with me was polite but could not resolve this. I explained that I had another office store check my pc, learned the circuit board had crashed, so I bought a new HP tower. I was not given another ph#, supervisor or director to help me wth this issue.
Very disappointed with HP customer service.
