HP Pavilion DV6000 had issues ever since I bought it for my daughter. It is a lemon. She is in college, lost all her work. I will never buy HP again. I have been trying to work with HP and it has been a roller coaster ride. The Case manager named Lenor couldnt resolve the issue and everytime I called and left a message she will not return the call and then later others started giving excuse like she is on a break, lunch, gone home for the day... Finally i got hold of the executive customer relations for someone to talk to me. The problem is still not resolved
