Our Notebook is 2 weeks old and that I can't utilize it until it's blocked int towards the store. I contact and talked to customer support and also have been about the telephone all night attempting to challenge fix. It has continued for months. All I want is just a fresh battery and horsepower won't supply me with any information on this issue. Additionally I've bought a horsepower pc that we have experienced since April. The CD burner isn't functioning. I bought the warranty for both computers and also the only aid I get is speaking with somebody about the telephone all night after which they CAn't resolve the issue so that they inform me to call tomorrow. It has been happening for weeks. I want support! I'm really disappointed with this specific item and support I'm getting.
