HP's customer service is ridiculous. I was told that a unit would be returned to me by a particular date and more than a week later, still nothing. Then they blamed me for giving them the wrong address when a simple Google maps search (which apparently HP doesn't know about) would have easily identified the precise location. I would know, I've done it. MOREOVER, some ridiculous updates recommended by HP caused my laptop to just cease functioning. I now have to pay what is equal to about two, three days' worth of income to have it diagnosed then if possible, the hard drive backed up. I have also lost income from the lateness of receiving my first unit. Seriously. HP - do you know what is good customer service? I will never buy another HP product again and may your company follow RIM's footsteps.
