Don't conduct business with this particular organization. I purchased two toner cartridges which were said to be suitable for My Buddy printer. Once they wouldn't work-in the printer (printer wouldn't run and exhibited a mistake information the capsule had a need to reinserted within the drum), I approached customer support and received no aid. The corporation might have the cheapest cost, however the tubes weren't suitable as was assured also it didn't actually make an effort to deliver substitutes. Its reimbursement/return policy is just a laugh.
