My laptop was in perfect condition with light signs of use. When sending it in i tried contacting the company numerous times and it took them two days after ups delivered my laptop to finally tell me they had received my laptop and were going to expect it then 30 minutes later they told me my screen was heavily scratched and buttons were heavily used dropping my original price of 230 to 120. I couldve gotten a better price telling them my whole screen didnt work. This company SUCKS dont ever use it.
