HP Pavilion DV6-6158nr - laptop is just a ORANGE, customer support is just a shamOptions

Purchsed above laptop approximately 9 weeks previously - issues since Time 1. Purchased an HP Officejet Pro 8500A plus at same period, that will be also a laugh of the printer, but that't another account.
